This blog is about my journey with PTSD, depression, anxiety and how I am currently battling these on a daily basis. I will be writing about my thoughts, feelings and any techniques I find along the way that help me over come my symptoms. I am using writing as a form of therapy in hopes that it will help me get better and I want to share this with the world so that perhaps, others out there that are going through similar, can find guidance and maybe we can all learn from and help each other.
